1. Return Eligibility
As all Envyor products are made-to-order and printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection by the customer
Color preference issues
Ordering mistakes made by the customer
Please review our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged during shipping
Defective or has a manufacturing error
Different from the item ordered
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To process your request, provide:
Order number
Clear photos of the product
Description of the issue
After verification, we will offer either:
A free replacement, or
A full refund to your original payment method
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchange Policy
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed.
We do not offer exchanges for:
Size changes
Color changes
Design preference changes
Customer ordering errors
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted because products are custom-made specifically for you.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:
Customized or personalized products
Items purchased during clearance or special sale events
Gift cards (if applicable)
7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a replacement is approved due to our error, Envyor will bear all replacement shipping costs.
